In-home service calls are $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum (billed at 15 minute increments after that).

There is a one time * service call depending on your location.

(Miles are based within a radius of downtown Dallas, Texas)

1-30 miles      $25.00

31-45 miles    $45.00

46 and beyond    Time to travel. (Billed at the hourly rate)

 * One time refers the the same repair or warranty calls. New issues (not related to the original issue) and the "While you're here can you look at this..." scenario will incur another service call charge.

On average, most trouble shooting and repairs can be made within one hour.

Parts replaced are not included  and will be billed accordingly. If a part or board repair is more than $300.00 (or the possibility of it being so), your authorization will be required before the repair is completed.

If on the rare occasion a part must be sent to the manufacturer for repair, we might require advance payment or deposit to cover the cost of the repair and shipping. (To keep our cost low, we do not up-charge for factory repairs. What we pay, you pay). As distributors for most manufactures, we have special repair prices that are not available to the end customer. These savings are given to you.
